Our diverse team focuses on using creative and enriching treatment interventions with clients, offering fully integrated interventions to address social, emotional, psychological, and academic needs. We collaborate with each individual’s educational team to achieve optimal goals and provide services on-site, in schools, rehabilitation centers, hospitals, and client homes. Our services range from autism clinics to behavioral services and music/art therapy programs.

Role Description

We have opportunities for full-time or part-time for Behavior Analysts at the Cadenza Center in Hollywood, FL. The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior analysis assessments, providing applied behavior analysis interventions, offering parent education, & implementing behavior management strategies to support clients across various settings.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
• Background in Psychology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is preferred
• Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field
