Responsibilities:

• Assess mental health conditions, develop, and implement treatment plans, and document progress according to corporate policies.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate with our dynamic team to further community mental health efforts.
• Employ creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers and other relevant professionals.
• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
• Contribute to a thriving and supportive team culture.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field, with plans to obtain licensure.
• Preferred: clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) in Colorado.
• Experience with EMDR and behavioral therapy techniques is a plus.
• Strong understanding of therapy services, case documentation, and insurance billing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
• Comfortable working with a diverse clientele.
• Proficient with Office 365 and adaptable to EHR systems (experience with Valant is a plus).
• Must pass a background check.

Work Location:
This position is located in Louisville, CO. Therapists typically see clients in-person, with telehealth options available when clinically appropriate.
