Responsibilities:
- Assess mental health conditions, develop, and implement treatment plans, and document progress according to corporate policies.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and collaborate with our dynamic team to further community mental health efforts.
- Employ creativity in therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
- Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week.
- Coordinate services with case managers and other relevant professionals.
- Actively participate in clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
- Contribute to a thriving and supportive team culture.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field, with plans to obtain licensure.
- Preferred: clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, etc.) in Colorado.
- Experience with EMDR and behavioral therapy techniques is a plus.
- Strong understanding of therapy services, case documentation, and insurance billing.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain appropriate professional boundaries.
- Comfortable working with a diverse clientele.
- Proficient with Office 365 and adaptable to EHR systems (experience with Valant is a plus).
- Must pass a background check.

Work Location:
This position is located in Louisville, CO. Therapists typically see clients in-person, with telehealth options available when clinically appropriate.
