Blue Sea is looking for skilled and experienced LBA/BCBAs, to act as consultants to teachers and administrators, assist with the day-to-day supervision of designated students and the overall support of classroom-wide Positive Behavior Supports.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Collect data on student behaviors to monitor progress and make adjustments to intervention plans
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop Behavior Intervention Plans, as needed
Provide training to teachers, paraprofessionals, and other staff on behavior analysis principles and strategies
Provide oversight and quality assurance on functional behavior assessments and behavior intervention plans
Monitors timelines and due dates of evaluations
Analyzes data and create graphs for visual and analysis of data
Review completed FBA’s to ensure written report is up to standards

REQUIREMENTS: No exceptions

Must be a current Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) and/or Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Strong Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and clinical skills
Self-disciplined: Able to schedule and attend to duties as necessary
Excellent written and verbal communication
Excellent interpersonal skills
Reside in Nassau or Suffolk County
Have your own reliable transportation
