What You’ll Do

• Conduct client assessments (e.g., ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP) and create tailored ABA programs
• Train and supervise RBTs and paraprofessionals
• Lead progress meetings with families and team members
• Ensure quality and consistency in therapy, data collection, and reporting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in homes, schools, and centers

What You Bring

• Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• BCBA certification (or actively working toward it)
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles and treatment for diverse skill levels
• Team-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Professional, creative, and goal-oriented energy
