Our goal is to maximize an individual’s potential by employing evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles to assist with establishing and maintaining functional behaviors that meet their specific physical and emotional needs.

Role Description

This is a part time on-site role for a Behavior Analyst located in Philadelphia and Reading, PA areas. The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing behavior intervention plans, and providing direct therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disorders. The role involves training staff as well as collaborating with other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The Behavior Analyst will also collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications

• Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
• Experience in Behavior Management
• Skills in Parent Education and training
• Strong analytical and observational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is preferred
