- The ABA-NDBI Therapist will be responsible for working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement developmental behavioral intervention utilizing ABA Therapy
- Implement direct ABA-NDBI therapy with child and family to address individualized, child-centered goals in child’s natural environment setting, home/preschool
- Implement treatment plans and goals as developed by BCBA
- Support and model NDBI strategies and therapy techniques to caregivers/teachers during child’s everyday routines
- Collect and organize appropriate data and make data-based decisions
- Bachelor's Degree in Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (Required)
- Master's Degree or currently pursuing Master’s Degree in ABA, Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field (Preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year experience implementing ABA therapy objectives
- Minimum of 1 year working directly with young children (ages 0-6) diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Background knowledge and experience in child development and developmental delays
- Experience working with toddlers at risk or diagnosed with Autism or other developmental delay is a plus
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Passion to implement high quality, effective intervention with toddlers and preschool-age children diagnosed with Autism and other developmental delay
