At School Kids Connection (SKC), we’re dedicated to providing a dynamic and supportive afterschool experience for students across Fayetteville. Our licensed program caters to kids at 9 elementary and 3 middle schools, creating a safe and engaging environment where children can thrive academically, socially, and creatively. This program takes place Monday-Friday from 2:30-6 pm.

MUST be available to start the position on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 . Pre-employment training will be scheduled prior to this date.

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of an enriching afterschool experience, guiding and inspiring students as they navigate their afternoon activities.

What you'll do:

• Lead a variety of fun and educational activities, such as arts and crafts, games, sports, and academic enrichment programs.
• Offer guidance and support to help children develop their social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Provide one-on-one tutoring and assistance with schoolwork.
• Supervise children and maintain a safe and orderly environment.
• Maintain open and regular communication with parents and guardians about their child’s progress.
• Continuously learn and grow through training and professional development opportunities.

What you'll need:

• A passion for working with youth
• Previous experience with youth is a plus!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive and energetic attitude
