    Birmingham Public Schools is seeking full time, 10-month Social Workers, Psychologists, Counselors, or Behaviour Specialists to fill 31n grant-funded positions to support mental health services for the 205-26 school year.


    Job Summary:
    This 31n grant-funded position is a unique opportunity to expand mental health services in our district, becoming an integral member of each school's MTSS team. The role focuses on supporting students' behavioral health and overall well-being through collaborative treatment planning with students and families, offering both individual and group interventions, and providing crisis support as needed. As a key team member, you will partner closely with school staff to help identify and address behavioral and academic needs, contributing to each student's success. This position also connects families with community resources, ensuring a strong support network.
