About Job
- Minimum of high school diploma or general education development (GED).
- Plus, Minimum of 3 years of experience working with data entry, retrieval, and monitoring/reporting.
- Preferred- Associate degree, preferably in a research-oriented social science, science, or business.
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in data entry, management and/or analysis.
- Experience with research and evaluation in behavioral health or as a research assistant is preferred.
- Knowledge is preferred of behavioral or primary healthcare.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Typing Proficiency
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
- Adaptable and versatile
- Must have skills in precise spelling, punctuation, grammar, and oral communication
- Expanded traditional community mental health and substance use services.
- Added Care Coordination and physical health screening for mental health clients
- Greater access to Social Services for clients’ economic and social needs
- Increased specialized services for veterans, those most in need, and those impacted by the opioid crisis.
