Client Care Coordinator

Overview:
The Client Care Coordinator plays a key role in the high quality client experience at She PT, a women's pelvic health physical therapy clinic. This role is an opportunity to develop relationships, impact the wellbeing of clients and work in a fun and supportive environment alongside other women. This person is the friendly face that welcomes clients to the practice, and plays a vital role in our client’s care and optimal clinic function.

Duties:

This position involves effectively interacting with clients and therapists in the clinic, answering phone calls, managing fax and emails, scheduling clients, following up with necessary documents with various providers, and maintaining office organization and presentation. Awareness of pelvic health therapy is helpful; however, not required and we are willing to train the right individual.

Skills:

  • High school diploma or higher
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Able to navigate multiple computer applications. Proficient in Google Workspace.
  • Commitment to creating an ideal customer experience and ability to professionally communicate at all times.
  • Able to take patient information, manage email communications, and feel comfortable on the phone.
  • Driven to learn and communicate about pelvic floor therapy and the various diagnoses that are served.

This role is in-person, 10-15 hours / week as a job share.
