Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a collaborative spirit to help develop and oversee individualized treatment plans that drive measurable progress for our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skills assessments
• Design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and progress
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals
• Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and documentation standards set by the BACB and payor sources
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive clinical environment
• Personalized at-home, in-school, and center-based therapy

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Minimum of [1-2] years of experience providing ABA services preferred
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
