About Job

What is a Registered Behavior Technician?

RBTs are front-line professionals trained to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy—a science-based approach that helps children with autism and related diagnoses build communication, social, and daily-living skills. Working under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll turn carefully designed treatment plans into real-world progress for the children and families we serve.

7 Great Reasons to Become an RBT with Achievements ABA

1. Immediate Impact – See tangible growth in a child’s skills every session.

2. Professional Credential – We support you through your RBT coursework, exam prep, and ongoing renewals.

3. Fast-Track Career Growth – ABA is one of the country’s fastest-growing healthcare fields, with clear paths toward lead RBT, program supervisor, or future BCBA.

4. Flexible Scheduling – Choose 4 or 8 hour shifts that fit school, family, or other commitments.

5. Competitive Pay & Paid Time Off – Earn $25–$30 per hour plus PTO—even as a new clinician.

6. Supportive Team Culture – Monthly BCBA-led webinars, daily mentorship, and a “never-alone” approach to learning new skills.

7. Make a Difference Close to Home – Deliver therapy in homes, schools, and community settings right in your neighborhood.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with a BCBA to apply ABA teaching procedures during 1:1 sessions.

  • Deliver therapy in home, school, and community environments.

  • Capture accurate skill-building and behavior data in our user-friendly app.

  • Write concise daily session notes that keep families and clinicians aligned.

  • Communicate wins, challenges, and ideas openly with your BCBA and regional coordinator.
