Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, or LPC) to join our clinical team. This full-time position involves conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and supporting clients through their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients about substance use disorders and recovery
• Handle crisis intervention and support clients in distress
• Collaborate with other clinical staff to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in EMR
• Participate in team meetings and case reviews
• Ensure safety and confidentiality of all clients

Qualifications

• Active Arkansas license: LCSW, LMSW, or LPC (Required)
• Experience working with substance use and co-occurring disorders
• Knowledge of addiction as a disease and related treatment approaches
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Basic computer skills and EMR proficiency
• Professionalism, maturity, and a passion for helping others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
