Who We Are: GBC Autism Services provides center-based and in-home ABA therapy across Illinois and Michigan, helping children with autism build essential life skills.

What You’ll Do:

Work 1:1 with kids to help them develop new skills like communicating, playing, and making friends!
Implement structured programs to reduce behaviors while making therapy fun!
Collect data during patient sessions (with easy-to-use tools!)
Be comfortable assisting with daily living activities like diaper changes, toilet training, and more.
Communicate with your BCBA supervisor and be a key player in your patients' progress.

What We’re Looking For:

Reliable transportation
High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
Must pass a criminal background check
Comfortable with physical tasks like running, crawling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Fluent in English for session notes and reports
