State-of-the-Art Centers located in the following areas with openings:
- Alliance Center
- Aledo Center
- Burleson Center
- Active BCBA certification and LBA license
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a practicing BCBA
- Proficiency with Central Reach Clinical Management Software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of insurance/funder requirements for obtaining and maintaining medically necessary services
- In-depth understanding of ABA therapy for early learners with autism
- Adaptability and enthusiasm for growing with an expanding company
- Deliver individualized case management for early learners during critical developmental stages
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Analyst Interns, fostering their development into skilled BCBAs
- Support the training and professional growth of RBTs
- Master or become proficient in Central Reach Clinical Management Software
- Implement client-centered, function-based interventions to drive meaningful progress
- Provide practical parent education and training to empower families
- Lead by example, embodying the company’s mission, core values, privacy regulations, and BACB ethical code
