About the Role

We are seeking passionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with a strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis. This role offers the opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive clinical team and deliver high-quality ABA services that truly make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Clinic Director, the BCBA will:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
  • Provide family training and caregiver guidance
  • Supervise RBTs/BTs and provide ongoing staff training and mentorship
  • Ensure high clinical standards and fidelity in service delivery
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Design complex behavior support plans and train team members on implementation
  • Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive treatment decisions
  • Maintain full compliance with BACB and company policies and procedures

What You Bring

  • Active BCBA certification and state licensure in good standing
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA (preferred, not required)
  • Proficiency with Central Reach or similar practice management systems (preferred)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
