What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Technician (BT), you'll play a vital role in transforming the lives of children with autism by delivering 1:1, in-home ABA therapy. With guidance from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll help kids develop independence, social skills, and confidence in their daily lives.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on support during routines, play, learning, and community activities
  • Reinforce positive behaviors using fun, proven strategies
  • Implement custom treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
  • Collect behavior and progress data with care and accuracy
  • Stay in regular contact with your supervisor and attend scheduled training sessions
  • Assist with occasional household tasks or transportation, if needed
  • Maintain client confidentiality and ensure a safe, supportive session environment

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, be on your feet, kneel, or sit on the floor
  • Willingness to drive up to 30 minutes for client sessions
  • Passion for helping others and interest in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (we’ll help you get certified!)
  • Clear background check
