Bridging the Gap Therapy Solutions is an ABA clinic in Tampa, FL owned by two dedicated BCBAs. Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis, FBAs, staff management, BACB ethics, etc.
- Extensive experience in behavioral therapy, working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, data collection.
License/Certification:
- BCBA (Required)

Work Location: In person
The ideal BCBA will have a passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, as well as a commitment to helping them reach their goals in collaboration with a team of BCBAs, RBTs, teachers, paraprofessionals, Speech and Occupational therapists. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, providing training and support to families, and monitoring progress.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement behavior-based interventions for individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
- Conduct functional assessments and develop behavior plans.
- Collect data and analyze results to evaluate progress and modify interventions as needed.
- Provide training and supervision to staff, family members, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
- Attend IEP meetings and provide consultation to school personnel.
- Develop individualized behavior support plans.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $88,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
