Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced BCaBA to join our growing team. This role involves a 50/50 hybrid caseload—50% telehealth and 50% in-person (center-based and in-home)—supporting group and individual sessions. The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, analyze data, and help promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct ABA services via telehealth and in-person (center/in-home), with a focus on group and social skill development.
- Assist the BCBA in designing individualized treatment plans based on assessments and client goals.
- Oversee and support RBTs and behavior technicians across settings; provide modeling, feedback, and skill development.
- Conduct group sessions such as social skills training, early learner programs, or structured playgroups.
- Monitor client progress by collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data regularly.
- Maintain accurate session documentation, behavior graphs, and treatment notes.
- Participate in caregiver training and team meetings, both virtually and in person.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, supervisors, and team members to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to support diverse client needs across environments.
Qualifications:
- Active certification as a BCaBA in good standing with the BACB.
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field..
- Comfortable and competent using telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom, Doxy, or similar).
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, ethical standards, and data analysis.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for in-person services.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to pass all required background checks and screenings.
Work Schedule & Environment:
- 50% Telehealth: Conduct sessions, parent meetings, and technician supervision virtually.
- 50% In-Person: Provide group and individual services at our center or clients’ homes.
- Flexible scheduling to meet client availability (typically within standard business hours, with some afternoon/evening needs).
- Group formats include early intervention classrooms, social skills groups, and school readiness programs.

Pay: $56,514.00 - $59,916.00 per year
