The BCaBA will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, analyze data, and help promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.

  • Conduct group sessions such as social skills training, early learner programs, or structured playgroups.
  • Monitor client progress by collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data regularly.
  • Maintain accurate session documentation, behavior graphs, and treatment notes.
  • Participate in caregiver training and team meetings, both virtually and in person.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, supervisors, and team members to ensure coordinated care.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to support diverse client needs across environments.

Qualifications:

  • Active certification as a BCaBA in good standing with the BACB.
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or a related field..
  • Comfortable and competent using telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom, Doxy, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, ethical standards, and data analysis.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally for in-person services.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to pass all required background checks and screenings.

Work Schedule & Environment:

  • 50% Telehealth: Conduct sessions, parent meetings, and technician supervision virtually.
  • 50% In-Person: Provide group and individual services at our center or clients’ homes.
  • Flexible scheduling to meet client availability (typically within standard business hours, with some afternoon/evening needs).
  • Group formats include early intervention classrooms, social skills groups, and school readiness programs.
