We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Director. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee the assessment and treatment of in individuals, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and treatment effectiveness.Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision for a team RBTs.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Implement and monitor treatment plans to ensure effectiveness and client progress.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to integrate behavioral health strategies.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and ethical standards.
- Manage program operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional growth and development.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) certification.
- Extensive experience in the assessment and treatment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor BCBAs and RBTs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous quality improvement.
- Experience in program management and operational oversight preferred.
