Behavior Technician Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct-care behavioral therapy in individual and group sessions.

  • Collaborate with BCBAs and BCaBAs to execute tailored treatment plans.

  • Accurately collect data in accordance with company policies.

  • Document session notes related to treatment plan implementation.

  • Assist families and caregivers in applying behavioral support strategies.

  • Maintain professionalism through appropriate attire, punctuality, and communication.

Behavior Technician Qualifications and Skills:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

  • Ability to travel to and between client locations.

  • If not already certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.
