Behavior Technician Responsibilities:

Deliver direct-care behavioral therapy in individual and group sessions.

Collaborate with BCBAs and BCaBAs to execute tailored treatment plans.

Accurately collect data in accordance with company policies.

Document session notes related to treatment plan implementation.

Assist families and caregivers in applying behavioral support strategies.

Maintain professionalism through appropriate attire, punctuality, and communication.
Behavior Technician Qualifications and Skills:

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Ability to travel to and between client locations.
-
If not already certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.
