Organization Overview:
We are a multidisciplinary and client-centered outpatient mental health practice committed to providing accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based care. We serve a diverse population with a range of behavioral health needs and offer services through secure telehealth platforms. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors (LCPC) to join our outpatient mental health team on a Part time or PRN basis. This virtualroleoffers flexibility, allowing you to provide care remotely through tele-health . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in therapeutic modalities and a passion for delivering high-quality, client-centered care to individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, including PTSD, gender identity concerns, and other behavioral health needs.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team and provide individual, family, or group therapy to clients experiencing mental health challenges. The ideal candidate will be passionate about client care, skilled in therapeutic interventions, and comfortable working in a hybrid setting. This role allows for a flexible schedule and supports work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with licensing, ethical, and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and case managers as needed.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings.
  • Maintain appropriate licensure and adhere to all professional ethical standards.
  • Provide crisis intervention support when necessary.
  • Engage in continuing education and stay up-to-date with current best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active LCPC license in the state of Maryland
  • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred (newly licensed professionals also welcome).
  • Comfortable providing telehealth services.
  • Strong skills in clinical documentation, organization, and communication.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health diagnoses.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a clinical team.
