Bridgeway Therapy Center is currently looking for Full-time Music Therapist who will provide direct and indirect therapy, assessment, classroom support and modeling while being accountable to therapy team members, parents and clients and upholding the spirit and letter of the rules and law for therapists in accordance with the state and national licensing and governing bodies. This position is funded in part by a grant and is susceptible to subsequent changes in employment status.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Direct Service

● Maintain a caseload as dictated by contract and therapist procedure

● Assess skills for baseline data, develop and modify/adapt treatment goals, document progress as required

● Develop, suggest, and modify/adapt treatment goals

● Provide therapy in accordance with best practice guidelines as determined by state and national licensing and governing bodies

● Implement Behavior Support Plans and utilize behavior strategies as dictated by the treatment team

Qualifications/Abilities

● Valid Ohio Driver’s License or reliable transportation to Bridgeway and off-site contracts

● Current applicable Music Therapy state licensure (LPMT) and national board certification (MT-BC) credentials

● Preferred experience in the field of autism, education, developmental disabilities and multidisciplinary collaboration

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
