About the Role:
We’re looking for a polished, adaptable Patient Care Coordinator join our team. If you thrive in a luxury environment, are proactive, and have a knack for both service and sales, we want to meet you.
As our Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a key role in shaping their experience from their initial call through post-procedure care.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome patients warmly and deliver a luxury-level experience
- Manage patient appointments and communications with precision and care
- Educate patients on procedures and financing options, with a consultative, sales-savvy approach
- Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and full HIPAA compliance
- Work independently, anticipating and solving problems before they arise
- Coordinate every detail of patient care, demonstrating keen attention to detail and follow-through
- Support the team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, billing, and office organization
- Bring positive, team-oriented energy to every interaction and help foster a harmonious office environment
Who You Are:
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a patient care coordinator in a plastic surgery or dermatology office –MANDATORY, candidates without this experience will not be considered.
- Tech-savvy, you pick up new software and systems quickly – this is a must
- Experienced in high-end healthcare or plastic surgery, with a deep appreciation for luxury-level service
- Genuinely personable, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive mindset
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
- Exceptionally organized, with great attention to detail
- A self-starter who works well with minimal oversight and meets high expectations
- Knowledgeable about cosmetic or aesthetic procedures
- Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) and scheduling software
