What We Offer to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT):
Flexible Scheduling: Full-time and part-time positions available, including options for in-home and center-based work.
Competitive Compensation: $25–$30 per hour based on experience and credentials, with opportunities for bonuses and advancement.

What We’re Looking For in a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT):
Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process before your start date.
Experience working with children, particularly in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred but not required).
Previous leadership or mentoring experience, with a passion for supporting and guiding fellow team members.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you’re someone who connects easily, confident in sharing feedback or ideas, and takes initiative.
Detail-oriented and dependable, with the ability to follow treatment plans and collect accurate data.
A desire to help children grow and a commitment to creating a positive, consistent learning environment.
A team player who values collaboration and is open to learning and feedback.
Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities:
Provide training and mentorship to RBT team members while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
Represent the organization at community events, promoting awareness and supporting outreach efforts.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by offering ideas for team training topics, parent engagement, or workflow enhancements.
Provide direct one-on-one ABA therapy to clients under the supervision of a BCBA.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as designed by clinical supervisors.
Accurately collect and record data on targeted behaviors and skill acquisition.
Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and participate in training and team meetings.
Uphold ethical and professional standards in all interactions with clients and families.
