Overview
Clinical Director/BCBA are essential leaders in maintaining the operational efficiency and clinical integrity of an ABA clinic. They work collaboratively to ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and a client-centered approach to behavioral health services.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in behavior analysis and demonstrate a commitment to improving the lives of individuals through evidence-based practices. This role is essential in providing high-quality behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective healthcare management.
Clinic Director Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee clinic operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high-quality service delivery.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor clinical and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and HIPAA requirements.
- Financial Oversight: Develop and manage clinic budgets, optimize resources, and ensure financial stability.
- Client Services: Oversee scheduling, patient records, and service coordination to enhance client satisfaction.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between families, funding sources, and community partners.
- Quality Assurance: Implement performance monitoring systems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure excellence in service delivery.
Clinical Director/BCBA Responsibilities
- Clinical Supervision: Lead and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and therapists, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABA therapy.
- Treatment Planning: Conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and monitor client progress.
- Assessment Writing & Submission:
- Prepare Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Skills Assessments, and other required documentation.
- Ensure timely submission for insurance authorizations, treatment planning, and compliance with funding requirements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align assessments with client needs and therapeutic goals.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all clinical services align with BACB guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and ethical standards.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing education and support to therapists and caregivers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize analytics to refine intervention strategies and improve client outcomes.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work with educators, medical professionals, and families to create holistic treatment approaches.
- Program Development: Implement new strategies to optimize service delivery and clinical effectiveness.
- Scheduling: Strategically schedule clients with RBT.
Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience in healthcare management or related fields is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
