Call center representative needed for a rapidly growing psychiatric practice.
We are looking for a friendly, personable, and highly reliable individual with a strong work ethic. This person will act as one of the main points of contact for callers into the practice.
The right candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Two years or more working in a fast-paced medical practice.
- Significant attention to detail.
- Highly organized and efficient with great time management skills.
- Excellent writing, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
- Able to interact in a friendly and professional manner with both patients and colleagues in a high volume practice.
- Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Familiarity with EMR and PM software.
