Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with staff, students, and parents.
- Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis methods to monitor student progress.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students.
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to implement and oversee behavioral interventions.
- Provide training and support to educational staff on best practices in behavior management.
- Collect and analyze data to track student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student needs and coordinate care.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of student behavior and progress.
