Your Role:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with RBTs and families to deliver exceptional care.
  • Provide training, supervision, and performance feedback to team members.
  • Monitor data, adjust programs based on client progress, and ensure effective outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Active BCBA certification and Master’s degree.
  • A passion for working with children on the autism spectrum.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and individualized care.

Job Details:

  • Position: Full-time or Part-time
  • Pay: $70/hour$145,000/year (dependent on hours and experience)
  • Location: Schaumburg, IL and surrounding suburbs
  • Schedule: Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
