Education: High School Degree, Advanced Degree Preferred

Required Job Qualifications:

EDUCATION – High School Diploma required, higher level of education preferred

EXPERIENCE Two years of administrative and customer service experience

EQUIVALENCY – A relevant associate or bachelor degree may substitute for the required experience on a year for year basis


Tasks for Admin Support Clinical Support:

Make Clinic Folders

Print and fold Therapies Brochures and additional documents

Keep Inventory @ Clinic Folders

Clinic Handouts

Other Handouts as requested by team members

Request Records

Also help manage Phone book spreadsheet (adding new #s)

Make Scheduling Cards

Patient calls for questionnaires, intake

Team Admin Support

Meeting Management – agenda dissemination, meeting minutes, action items

Calendar Scheduling / Coordination

Calendar Management

Coordination of Meetings
