Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in patient care, medical records, data collection, patient assessment, and diagnostic evaluation. Experience in applied behavior analysis, behavioral health, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavior intervention strategies based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Skills:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong understanding of behavioral principles and interventions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis techniques
- Knowledge of behavioral health practices and ethical standards
