Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated, passionate Behavior Technician to join our growing team. This is an in-person role providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in their homes and/or school settings.

Candidates must be willing and able to drive to and from work sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct 1:1 support to children with autism
  • Collect and record data accurately during sessions
  • Collaborate with supervisors and families to ensure quality care
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For

  • Passion for working with children with autism – this is the heart of what we do
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with support and guidance
  • Comfortable working in home and school environments

Preferred but Not Required

  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification – We welcome aspiring professionals and offer support for RBT training
  • Prior experience in ABA or working with children with developmental differences

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
