Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Social Worker/ Counselor with experience in a community-based program, along with a solid understanding of the needs and challenges faced by patients with severe and persistent mental illness.
Job Role:
- Conduct drug and alcohol assessments.
- Assist in developing and maintaining comprehensive residential treatment programs for clients.
- Follow clinical and administrative procedures while documenting.
- Prepare reports, and ensure continuous program improvement.
- Adhere to safety guidelines, maintain certifications, and comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Supervised clinical experience with clients facing both substance abuse and mental health challenges.
- Unsupervised licensure as LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCPC, or a similar certification in mental health or addiction counseling.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
