Just Like You is a new, up and coming mental health agency in the Hampton Roads area that offers mental health skill building services. We work with adults (18+) who are diagnosed with mental illnesses. Our goal is to enhance their lives by teaching them life skills that will foster their independence in the community. What makes Just Like You different from the others? We pay attention to detail and engage our clients by embracing relatability. By creating a healthy, professional sense of trust, we are able to show our clients that we are human, just like them, and they are capable of whatever they put their minds to.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate individualized service plan (ISP) for clients
- Teach clients necessary life skills including but not limited to cooking, cleaning, appointment management, social skills, emotional skills, etc
- Develop and coordinate quarterly reports for clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field

-Registered with the board of counseling as a QMHP-A or QMHP-T.
- Experience working with adults with mental health disorders or special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
