- Serves as an active member of the clinical staff.
- Maintains a therapeutic relationship with patients.
- Assists in maintenance of a safe, clean therapeutic environment.
- Assures patient participation in program activities.
- Assists in maintenance of patient health and safety.
- Performs technical/patient care duties.
- Interacts with patients, patient families, clinical team and community resources establishing relationships.
- Undergraduate degree in Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, Counseling or in a related behavioral science field.
- Associates degree in Psychology, Human Services, Sociology, Counseling or in a related behavioral science field; one year of direct care experience working with adult psychiatric or chemical dependency clients.
- RNA/LPN or High School/GED Diploma; three years of direct care experience working with adult psychiatric or chemical dependency clients.
