Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist (Part-Time)
Location: Riverside, CA
Pay: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
Schedule: Afternoon and early evening shifts (Mon–Fri)
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work 1:1 with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders. Services are provided in the client’s home or community setting. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing supervision, using software to collect data and collaborate closely with BCBAs, Program Supervisors, and Client Services Coordinators.

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, early childhood development, sociology, or related fields is preferred.
- RBT certification is a plus—and comes with higher pay! Don’t have it yet? No problem—we’ll support you in earning it.
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is strongly preferred.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Patient, motivated, and committed to supporting children and families.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, dependable, and able to take constructive feedback.
- Must have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel within a 10-20 mile radius of home.
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprint clearance.
- CPR/First Aid certification required (we cover the cost if you need to obtain it).
