Dynamic Hope Schools is a non-public school providing instruction and behavioral services to students with special needs.

Requirements / Qualifications

Registered Behavior Technician Certification (Training and Exam), prefer a ABCBA

Must have 5 years behavioral experience working with special needs students in a non public school.

Comments and Other Information: Must have experience working with special needs students in a classroom setting. All candidates are required to submit to pre-hire screening including: DOJ and BFI fingerprinting, drug test, and we require a current TB test.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and strategies to address behavioral challenges.
- Provide direct behavioral support and intervention to students in various settings (e.g., home, school, community).
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments in collaboration with the IEP team to behavior plans as needed.
- Document student progress, behavior observations, and interventions accurately and timely.
- Provide behavioral training and support to parents, caregivers, and other team members.

Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field required.
- Experience working with students grades K-12 with a special education diagnosis and behavioral challenges
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Familiarity with assessment tools and data collection methods.
- Ability to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with students, families, and IEP teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
