Job Title: BCBA
Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, $93,000 - $103,000 depending on experience
Location: White Marsh, MD
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
- Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians and ensure high-fidelity implementation of therapy programs
- Train staff and caregivers to support effective intervention strategies
- Monitor and modify treatment plans based on data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent care
- Maintain client records and write detailed progress reports

Additional Qualifications
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
- BCBA License
- Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
- Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
