Job Title: BCBA

Shift Details: Full-Time, Mon-Fri, $93,000 - $103,000 depending on experience

Location: White Marsh, MD

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral skills assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments
Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans
Provide clinical supervision to Behavior Technicians and ensure high-fidelity implementation of therapy programs
Train staff and caregivers to support effective intervention strategies
Monitor and modify treatment plans based on data-driven decisions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and caregivers to ensure consistent care
Maintain client records and write detailed progress reports

Additional Qualifications

Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
BCBA License
Proficiency in ABA assessments and development of treatment plans
Strong leadership and training skills for supervising therapists and engaging families
