Your Role as a Case Manager

  • Counsel Students: Provide individual and group counseling to address academic, emotional, behavioral, and social development needs.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document all student interactions and communications thoroughly within the designated student information system.
  • Create Required Reports: Prepare and submit timely reports related to student progress, case management, and program compliance.
  • Engage with Families: Maintain consistent communication with students’ families to share updates, offer support, and collaborate on success strategies.
  • Collaborate with External Partners: Coordinate with outside agencies and service providers to connect students with additional support services.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services related field, Master's preferred
  • Licensure in a human services related field preferred (LSW, LCSW, etc.)
  • Previous experience working with high-risk youth and/or students with special needs
