We are currently seeking a Clinical Assessor Therapist to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. This full time, 3 month temp assignment, is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, growth-focused environment where you can make a significant impact on the lives of our clients.

In this role, you will be working face-to-face with clients, conducting biopsychosocial assessments to determine functional capacity outcome (FCO).

Minimum Qualifications:

• A valid NYS license as a LMSW, LCSW, Registered Occupational Therapist, or Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC).
• Master’s degree required, in Health, Human services, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
• 2 years of experience working with persons with physical or behavioral needs.
