Family Therapy with Silvia, INC is Hiring!

We are seeking Associate, Provisional, or Fully Licensed professionals in the following fields:

• Marriage and Family Therapy
• Professional Counseling
• Psychology
• Clinical Social Work

Requirements:

• Must be registered with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) in California.
• Ability to provide ethical and effective psychotherapy while working independently.
• Strong clinical skills with an understanding of trauma and experience working with clients experiencing PTSD.
• High integrity, excellent work ethic, and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family counseling services, focusing on client centered therapy and trauma response for clients, including military personnel and those experiencing PTSD.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Implement treatment plans utilizing techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy and crisis intervention.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and support community resources.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical research to enhance therapeutic practices.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
