Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Reports To: Director of Education
Position Status: Non-Exempt
JOB SUMMARY
The Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for classroom coverage as
needed, and supporting behavioral and mental health needs of students. Under the supervision of
the Behavior Analyst, the Behavior Technician will assist in preparing and implementing Behavior
Intervention Plans (BIP), and collect, analyze, and input data.
