Hybrid/Remote From Home (Occasional Travel)

We are currently partnered with a very reputable organization looking for a full-time, permanent remote/hybrid Regional Director - ABA Therapy Services. The ideal candidate will be an experienced and passionate RBT or BCBA with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering high quality ABA services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and grow two ABA Clinics in Seattle area.

Lead and Grow: Opportunity to utilize your leadership skills and oversee two ABA Clinics with over 30 staff members and support growth efforts within the clinics.

Description:

The Regional Director is responsible for overseeing the current 2 ABA Therapy Centers and all in-home ABA cases within the Seattle, WA area ensuring the effective delivery of services, and maintaining high standards of operational efficiency.

• Program Quality and Effectiveness - Ensure program effectiveness though the implementation of established procedures in quality monitoring, client management and staff retention.
• Ensure assigned locations meet or exceed established growth by targets by directly managing processes to improve client attendance.
• Actively lead and support providers to efficiently run their cases, assist the Clinical Director with performance reviews for BCBAs, conduct performance reviews for CBTs and provide guidance on coaching opportunities.
• Recruitment and Hiring: Conduct final interviews with providers preselected by the Recruiter ensuring alignment with organizational values and needs.
• Collaboration with Intake Team/Patient Advocacy.
• Collaboration with the Clinic Director

Salary and Compensation:

Base Salary: $75,000 - $95,000/year (based on experience)

Bonus Potential: $10,000/year +

Full-Time, Permanent - 40 hours/week

Requirements:

• BCBA or RBT with management experience and must have experience working in the ABA industry.
• Must hold valid driver's license and a car to periodically visit the clinic locations.
• Bachelors degree in a field relevant to be successful in running the operation efficiently (Preferred).
• Excellent managerial, scheduling, and organizational qualities.
• Excellent ability to build report with people
• Highly motivated and eager to grow services and create access for families.
