Position Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) to join our dynamic team and provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. This is a fully remote Part Time / PRN position, ideal for clinicians passionate about teletherapy and flexible work environments. You will be supported through clinical supervision and provided with tools to enhance your professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, families, and/or groups using evidence-based modalities
• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards
• Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care
• Attend scheduled supervision sessions to fulfill licensing requirements
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA and ethical standards

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active LGPC license in the state of Maryland
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in clinical practice

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with telehealth platforms
• Experience treating mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, or substance use disorders
