Multiple Full Time & Part Time Travel LL-MSW & LMSW Social Work Positions and Travel LL-PC & LPC Positions Available with a Well-Known In-Patient Psych Facility in Battle Creek and New Baltimore, Michigan.

These facilities have both Travel & Direct Hire positions available for Licensed Counselors & Social Workers.

This facility is only able to hire candidates with the following licensure:

-LL-PC
-LPC
-LL-MSW
-LMSW

Candidates MUST be licensed in the state of Michigan!

Pay Package for Travel LMSW’s & LPC’s

Regular Pay $1,760/week for 40 hours guaranteed ($44/hr)

Housing Stipend $770/week

Meals Stipend $476/week

Total Weekly Pay: $3,006.00 for a 40-hour work week

Pay Package for Travel LL-MSW’s & LL-PC’s

Regular Pay $1,440/week for 40 hours guaranteed ($36/hr)

Housing Stipend $770/week

Meals Stipend $476/week

Total Weekly Pay: $2,686.00 for a 40-hour work week

JOB DUTIES:

· Conduct psychosocial assessment of patient and develop an effective treatment plan that applies therapeutic principles appropriately while ensuring patient safety at all times.

· Through patient observation and patient/family interview obtaining information on the patient’s needs, skills, interests and limitations for the development and implementation of the treatment plan.

· Provide crisis intervention and assist families in understanding the implications and complexities of a life situation and its impact on lifestyle.

· Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meeting to discuss psychosocial assessment, treatment planning and ongoing discharge planning.

· Identify, assess and coordinate patient cases and anticipate their needs related to illness, hospitalization, finances, education and home/community services.

· Facilitate education, process groups, support groups and referrals as requested.

· May conduct intakes and assist in coordinating placements within facility programs.

· Promote recovery, symptom reduction and the achievement of the highest level of social functioning.

· Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards patients always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
