Through our BAYADA RBT Academy, we give you the training you need to become certified as a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT).BAYADA RBT Academy provides:A 40+ hour paid training program to prepare you to become a Registered Behavior Technician® (RBT)Receive high-quality training grounded in evidence-based practices in adult learning and applied behavior analysis including:BAYADA University web-based coursesLive lecturesHands-on training and structured observationBAYADA study guides to prepare you for the RBT examHow You'll Make an Impact:RBTs work with individuals with Autism and other Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (IDDs) to reduce challenging behaviors, increase functional skills, and foster independence and individuality. Our Big Island Behavioral Health Team provides care in a school-based setting working for local school districts on Big Island.Work directly with students in the classroom, following the established service planEstablish and maintain relationships with clients and school teams.
