About Job

Join a dedicated psychiatric team providing inpatient mental health care in a supportive environment.

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop personalized treatment plans, and manage medications.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Conduct daily rounds, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as needed.
  • Provide crisis intervention and document patient interactions accurately.
  • Participate in team meetings and stay current with best practices through ongoing education.
  • Educate patients and families on treatment options and resources.
    Qualifications include MD or DO with Psychiatry residency, board certification, valid NJ license, and inpatient care experience preferred. Must demonstrate strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to ethical practice.
