Title: School Social Worker (MSW)
Location: Southern New Jersey (Onsite)
Employment Type: Contract
Compensation:
Pay Range: $15.68-$22.40 Per HR
Description:
• Work collaboratively with school and clinical staff to provide quality treatment and educational experiences.
• Maintain positive relationships with educators, clinicians, families, and guardians.
• Coordinate treatment programs and provide therapy as part of the treatment plan.
• Develop behavior management plans and provide crisis intervention.
• Ensure family involvement in treatment planning.
• Participate in developing Individual Education Plans (IEP).
• Promote program development consistent with best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide therapeutic crisis intervention and support.
• Develop and implement individual treatment plans.
• Coordinate with community resources for student support.
• Participate in clinical and educational meetings.
• Serve as a liaison between the school and families.
• Document significant incidents and maintain confidentiality.
• Lead and participate in parent groups and school events.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in social work.
• Possess School Social Worker Certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift 50lbs and possess a valid driver's license.
