Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing high-quality mental health services and support to individuals and families. As an LCSW, you will play a vital role in assessing client needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will contribute to improving the overall well-being of our clients, particularly those with developmental disabilities, addiction issues, and other mental health challenges.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and social needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients.
• Offer case management services to ensure clients receive appropriate resources and support.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Stay informed about current trends in social work practice, including medical terminology relevant to the field.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills in areas such as addiction counseling, applied behavior analysis, and geriatrics.
• Advocate for clients’ rights and access to necessary services.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and its application in clinical settings.
• Experience or training in addiction counseling and case management preferred.
• Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities or other disabilities is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in child family counseling techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards in social work practice.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
