Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and a passion for working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients and their families. Your expertise will play a crucial role in improving the quality of life for individuals with behavioral challenges.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' behavioral needs.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
- Provide behavioral therapy sessions to clients, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
- Conduct patient assessments to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
